Job title: Investment Associate (New York, NY)

 Analyze prospective investments in private companies and investment funds by reviewing financial statements, operational performance, market conditions, and industry trends. Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis to evaluate investment risks, projected returns, cash flows, and overall financial performance. Evaluate investment opportunities and portfolio performance by analyzing market data, economic conditions, and strategic fit within the company’s investment portfolio. Prepare investment memoranda, financial reports, and analytical summaries to support investment recommendations and presentations to senior management. Support the execution of investment transactions by assisting with due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation support, and closing activities. Monitor portfolio investments by tracking financial performance, operational metrics, investment returns, and market developments. Conduct financial, industry, and market research to identify investment opportunities and support the company’s investment strategies.

Salary: $148,054 per year

Requirements: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field; at least 24 months of experience as an Investment Analyst; and native or professional-level fluency in Mandarin.
